Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain 3D scanning equipment (e.g., Creaform, Artec, FARO)
• Post-process scan data using software such as Geomagic, PolyWorks, or similar
• Create accurate 3D CAD models from scan data
• Conduct quality checks to ensure scanning precision and data integrity
• Collaborate with design, reverse engineering, and production teams
• Generate reports and documentation related to scans and findings

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with 3D scanning technologies and software
• Strong understanding of GD&T and surface modeling
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Siemens NX
• Familiarity with inspection and metrology standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel to client sites if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in reverse engineering or quality control
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and metrology hardware
• Certifications in 3D scanning or CAD design tools
