Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize parts for 3D printing (SLS, FDM, DMLS, etc.).
• Select materials and process parameters for functional prototypes or production.
• Troubleshoot print failures and improve build reliability.
• Collaborate with R&D to explore new AM applications.
• Post-process printed parts (heat treatment, machining, surface finishing).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in additive manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD and slicing software (SolidWorks, Materialise Magics).
• Knowledge of metallurgy/polymer science for AM materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AM (ASTM, SME).
• Experience with topology optimization or generative design.
