Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs (G-code) for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal tooling and fixturing.
• Perform first-article inspections and adjust programs for quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, chatter, dimensional errors).
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Technical diploma or certification in CNC Machining or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of hands-on CNC programming/operation experience.
• Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T).
• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and materials (metals, plastics).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Swiss-type lathes or 5-axis machining.
• Certification from NIMS or equivalent.
