Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision measurements using CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical comparators, and laser scanners.
• Develop and execute inspection plans based on GD&T standards.
• Analyze measurement data and generate quality reports.
• Calibrate and maintain metrology equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Work with production teams to address dimensional deviations.
• Support root cause analysis for manufacturing defects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Metrology.
• 3+ years of experience in metrology or quality inspection.
• Expertise in GD&T and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency with metrology software (PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, Zeiss CALYPSO).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CMM programming or ASQ Quality Engineer (CQE).
• Experience with automated inspection systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
